Shipping in public with agents watching the backlog

/ Article

An experiment in keeping a living product backlog that agents can triage, draft, and propose — while a human still owns the merge.

What worked

It worked best when the backlog was structured and the merge bar was explicit. It failed when the backlog was a pile of vibes.
